What sizes do your socks come in?
Our socks are mostly one-size-fits-most, designed to comfortably fit men's shoe sizes 7–13 and women’s sizes 8–14. Got feet like Bigfoot? Shoot us an email and we’ll let you know what fits best.
How long does shipping take?
We ship from Ontario, Canada and typically fulfill orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
• Canada: 3–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days
• International: May take 10+ business days depending on customs
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the U.S. and other selected countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. If you don’t see your country listed, email us and we’ll try to make it happen.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your socks. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Socks must be unworn and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on worn socks (no exceptions—sorry, even if they just “touched carpet”).

My socks arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?
Yikes! That’s on us. If your socks arrived damaged or you got the wrong pair, email us at crazycoolsocks.com@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right—fast.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Right now we don’t offer gift wrapping, but our socks come ready to impress.

I'd like to return or replace my order.
No problem—just email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll walk you through the return or exchange process. Just make sure your socks are still unworn and in their original packaging.
I'd like to cancel my order.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it—no problem. Email us ASAP at crazycoolsocks.com@gmail.com. Once it’s out the door, we can help you process a return instead.
